Outlaw's Buckle

During a terrible storm, a Texas prison becomes the scene of chaos when a serial killer begins wreaking havoc inside its walls. As the weather rages outside and the threat grows within, the prison is pushed into a night of fear, violence, and uncertainty, where confinement offers no safety from the danger already locked inside.
