Three art-school graduates step out of school with degrees, talent, and serious artistic ambitions, only to find that the real world does not respond as they expected. As they struggle to understand what their education has truly prepared them for, they begin testing the belief that great art must come from darkness and pain, placing themselves in situations that challenge both their ideals and their sense of purpose.
