Platoon

Young and naive, Chris Taylor arrives in Vietnam as a new recruit and is quickly confronted by the brutal realities of war. As the violence around him strips away his expectations, he faces a growing moral crisis that forces him to question what men are capable of under extreme pressure, and to reckon with the conflict between fear, duty, and conscience.
