Lisa is an aspiring songwriter from a farming family that has lost its land to foreclosure. With few options, she takes a job at a new urban farm, where she meets Dalia. Their first connection is complicated by Lisa’s casual racism, which costs her the position, but the tension between them does not end there. As their lives keep crossing, the two women are pulled into a passionate affair.
