In Manhattan, a bike messenger takes on what seems like a routine pickup: an envelope to be carried through the city. But the delivery draws the attention of a dirty cop, turning the crowded streets into a chase route as the cyclist tries to stay ahead of his relentless pursuer and complete the run without knowing who else the package may endanger.
