A young former marine wakes to an apocalyptic scene outside his apartment window as terrifying creatures overrun the city. Trapped inside apartment 213 with danger gathering just beyond his door, he barricades himself in and struggles to make it through the night. With escape his only hope, he must find a way to survive long enough to get out.
