Project MKHEXE

After Sean dies by suicide, his brother Tim records the funeral, trying to capture the grief surrounding a loss that is still hard to understand. In the aftermath, Tim begins to uncover Sean’s disturbing fixation on an online urban legend that should not exist: the story of a failed government mind control experiment known as Project MKHEXE.
