General Hotdog brings together his newest pup recruits, BooBear and Piper, for a lesson in the fascinating world of dogs. Eager to learn, the two pups take to the skies in their planes and set off on a globe-spanning educational adventure, with their know-it-all friend Scuzzy Bot guiding them as they discover more about dogs along the way.
