After Jonathan Harker receives a mysterious postcard in the mail summoning him to Transylvania, his return brings a new source of tension into his household. His daughters, Mina and Lucy, are deeply apprehensive about the woman in their lives as their prospective mother-in-law, a mysterious figure who goes by D. As the family adjusts to her presence, unease surrounds the connection formed by Jonathan’s trip.
