Restraint

A mentally ill woman has spent years pushing down violent impulses, trying to keep the darkest parts of herself under control. After she marries a controlling older man and moves into his suburban home, the fragile restraint she has relied on begins to break. Isolated in a new life shaped by his dominance, she starts to unravel as the pressures around her draw those buried urges closer to the surface.
