Return of the Tooth Fairy

Years after the terrifying events of the first movie, Corey is grown up but still mentally scarred by what happened. Hoping to face the past in some way, he attends a class reunion, only to find that the Tooth Fairy has returned. As old fears resurface, Corey is pulled back into a nightmare where childhood dread becomes deadly once again.
