Kevin brings his wife, Joy, to the beach for what is meant to be a simple vacation away from everyday life. As they settle into the seaside escape, the trip takes a strange and unsettling turn: Kevin has no idea that clowns are beginning to come out of the ocean, turning the calm shoreline into something far more unexpected than either of them planned.
