In the near future, police officer Jack Ramsay handles dangerous cases involving malfunctioning robots. When one machine proves to be programmed to kill, his routine work leads him into a larger homicidal plot driven by an evil scientist. As killer robots threaten an unsuspecting city, Ramsay must confront a growing danger that becomes personal when his son is targeted.
