Shadows and Fog

As a serial strangler remains at large, fear spreads through town and a bookkeeper finds himself moving through the streets in search of a vigilante group determined to catch the killer. With danger unresolved and suspicion hanging over the community, his wandering pursuit brings him into the uneasy atmosphere surrounding the hunt.
