Shepherds and Butchers

In South Africa, a lawyer agrees to represent a prison guard whose work has left him deeply traumatized. After witnessing executions as part of his job, the guard becomes the focus of a difficult legal case that forces his attorney to examine the human cost of a system built around death, duty, and punishment.
