In 2038, Earth enters a mysterious universe as life below grows increasingly strange while being treated as normal. Behind a gigantic wall, people hide and wage wars. In this dystopian world, Denise moves through uncertain ground, encouraged by Tom, a caretaker who insists a renaissance is coming. When an unsettling event appears in the sky, only a young woman and a few alienated friends seem to notice, with no voice to make others listen.
