Granville keeps the doors open at Arkwright’s corner shop after inheriting the grocer’s shop from his uncle. In this sitcom sequel to Open All Hours, everyday business carries on in the familiar shop setting, with original writer Roy Clarke returning and several permanent cast members from the earlier series appearing again.
