After inheriting the shop from his uncle, Granville carries on with business as usual at Arkwright’s corner shop. Set in a small grocer’s shop, this sitcom continues the world of Open All Hours, with original writer Roy Clarke returning and several familiar cast members from the earlier series appearing as the daily routines of the shop go on.
