Surveillance

In a desolate region shaken by a series of murders, two FBI agents arrive to help local police make sense of the latest incident. Their only leads come from three witnesses, each tied to the violence and each carrying secrets of their own. As the agents question them, the accounts clash, leaving the investigation to sort through conflicting stories while a serial killer remains at the center of the case.
