Tammy's Always Dying

Catherine is a young woman trapped in a life of poverty while caring for her embarrassing, alcoholic mother. When her ornery mother is diagnosed with terminal cancer, Catherine sees a chance to escape the burden of their daily struggles by taking their story to a sleazy talk show. Caught between resentment, duty and the promise of a way out, she must face what it means to keep caring for a mother who has always made life difficult.
