Taxi Driver

In New York City, troubled veteran Travis Bickle struggles with insomnia and isolation, taking work as a nighttime taxi driver to fill the hours. As he drives through the city’s streets after dark, his disgust at the decay and sleaze he sees around him deepens, feeding a growing detachment from reality and an increasingly dangerous urge to act.
