The Atticus Institute

In the early 1970s, Dr. Henry West establishes an institute dedicated to identifying and studying people with supernatural abilities. When Judith Winstead arrives at the facility, her extraordinary powers draw the attention of the U.S. military, which sees potential for a powerful new weapon. But as the government pushes to control what is inside her, it becomes clear that some forces cannot be contained.
