The Chaperone

In the early 1920s, a woman from Kansas agrees to accompany a young dancer as she heads to New York City in pursuit of fame. What begins as a simple role as chaperone becomes a turning point, as the trip draws both women into a world far from home and leaves the Kansas woman facing changes that will reshape her life.
