The Directive

One year after an incurable virus has wiped out most of humanity, a lone Red Cross survivor searches for Safe Zone 57, clinging to the hope that his family may be waiting there. His only guide is a damaged robot that leads him across the devastated world, but its promise of sanctuary hides a darker purpose tied to the fate of the remaining human race.
