The Fool

Dima Nikitin is an ordinary plumber whose honesty puts him at odds with a corrupt local political system. When he realizes that an aging dormitory is in danger of collapsing within the night, he tries to warn the authorities and push them to act. With the lives of 800 residents at stake, one man’s sense of duty collides with a bureaucracy built to protect itself.
