Three suburban couples have spent decades preserving a close friendship through a shared ritual: weekend getaways once each season. But their familiar tradition begins to strain when one of the couples divorces, altering the balance of the group. As the husband returns on later trips with a much younger woman, old loyalties, unspoken tensions, and changing relationships complicate every vacation.
