The Joy Luck Club

The film tells the story of the relationship between the Chinese-American girls and their mothers. Four older women are immigrants from China and now living in San Francisco. They meet regularly to play mahjong, eat and tell stories about his life. Every mother has an adult daughter with Chinese descent but gradually forget their roots in American.
