Deliveryman Doug Heffernan enjoys a comfortable life with his wife, Carrie, a big television, and friends to share it with. But the balance at home changes when Carrie’s newly widowed father, Arthur, moves in. With his renovated basement no longer his own, Doug finds his easy routine disrupted by a goofy, annoying housemate who makes it harder to feel like the king of his domain.
