The Last Valley

During the Thirty Years’ War in the 1600s, a small German village survives in a secluded mountain valley that has so far been spared the devastation around it. When a band of Protestant mercenaries enters the valley, the Catholic villagers and the occupying soldiers attempt an uneasy peace, trying to preserve the last place untouched by war.
