Lion of the Desert

In 1929, Benito Mussolini sends General Rodolfo Graziani to Italian Libya as colonial governor with orders to crush the nationalist resistance. Standing against him is Omar Mukhtar, a rebel guerrilla leader determined to oppose Italian colonization. As Fascist forces intensify their campaign, the struggle for Libyan independence becomes a brutal conflict marked by harsh colonial tactics and defiant resistance.
