Amid massive budget cuts and the threat of school closures, a newly appointed young teacher arrives at an inner-city high school in North Philadelphia. Facing uncertainty and upheaval, she introduces a men’s rugby program, offering students a new outlet and a chance to come together through an unfamiliar sport.
