After an unprotected one-night stand with free-spirited Mindy, Fred panics at the thought that she might become pregnant. Desperate to make sure she takes both required doses of the morning-after pill, he pretends his interest in her is more romantic than it really is and stays close to her for the next twelve hours, trying to manage the awkward situation he helped create.
