Penny and her family think they have been treated to an all-expenses-paid vacation, but the trip turns into a trap. A mad scientist captures the Proud family and refuses to let them leave unless Oscar gives up one of his secret Proud Snacks formulas. With the family held against their will, their getaway becomes a struggle over Oscar’s closely guarded recipe.
