The Runner

In the wake of the 2010 BP oil spill, an idealistic but flawed New Orleans politician works to push plans for restoration and recovery. As public pressure mounts, his ambitions begin to collapse when a sex scandal destroys his career and forces him to face the corruption, deceit, and dysfunction that have contaminated his own life.
