Aspiring toy inventors put their creations through a demanding selection process for the chance to have their product manufactured by Mattel. After presenting their ideas and facing a series of tests, the designers discover that the final decision rests with an unexpected panel: kid judges, whose opinions determine which toy concepts move forward in the competition.
