The Young Messiah

At age seven, Jesus Christ leaves Egypt with his family as they begin the return home to Nazareth. Told through the eyes of a child, the film follows young Jesus as he experiences the world around him and starts to understand the meaning of who he is. Along the way, his childhood perspective shapes a quiet story of family, faith, and the first stirrings of religious identity.
