Amy is a young woman trying to protect her son, Adrian, as they flee from her abusive ex-girlfriend. Hoping to escape the danger behind them, mother and child find that the past is not so easily left behind. As old fears return and unseen pressures close in, Amy and Adrian must face the forces threatening them from the world around them and from within themselves.
