Officer Bradley is assigned to investigate a series of murders that appear to be the work of a serial killer. As more victims are found and the evidence refuses to fit together, he begins to suspect the case reaches beyond what it first seemed. With few options left and the pressure growing, Bradley turns to the one person he has avoided relying on: his brother.
