After 25 years in prison, New York Mafia capo Dwight “The General” Manfredi is released, only to be sent far from home by his boss. Exiled to Tulsa, Oklahoma, Dwight is expected to set up operations in unfamiliar territory. As he realizes his mob family may not have his best interests in mind, he begins to build a new crew of his own.
