Two English Girls

In the early 20th century, young Frenchman Claude meets Ann, an Englishwoman, in Paris. Ann invites him to visit her family home, where she hopes to introduce him as a possible match for her sister, Muriel. Claude and Muriel develop feelings for each other, but their families are not ready to approve a marriage and insist on a year-long separation before any decision can be made.
