A damaged homicide detective is drawn into a dangerous race to stop a grieving father consumed by the murder of his son. Convinced he can destroy the terrorist cell responsible, the father prepares to unleash a robotic virus, forcing the detective to confront a threat that could reach far beyond its intended target and come at an unimaginable cost.
