Wendy and Lucy

Over the summer, a young woman living on the edge of poverty heads toward Alaska in search of work, hoping for a chance to regain stability. Her fragile plans begin to unravel after a failed attempt to shoplift food for her dog leads to the dog’s disappearance. Stranded and nearly broke, she faces a growing financial crisis as each setback pushes her life further out of reach.
