Winter Sleep

In a remote village in rural Turkey, Aydn, a retired actor, runs a hotel and also serves as a landlord. As winter begins to settle over the region, tensions around him grow harder to avoid. A tenant has fallen behind on rent, while conflicts within Aydn’s own home draw him into strained relationships with his wife and sister, forcing him to face the unease of his daily existence.
