Anne appears to have built a secure and privileged life in Montreal, but that stability begins to crack when her stepson comes home with a beautiful young woman. Drawn into suspicion and unease, Anne becomes increasingly fixated on the stranger, convinced that her presence may threaten everything she has worked to protect.
