Young and poor but full of ideas, Willy Wonka arrives in a city famous for its chocolate with one dream: to open a shop of his own. Determined to share his creations and change the world one delectable bite at a time, he soon discovers that the chocolate business is controlled by a cartel of greedy chocolatiers who do not welcome a newcomer.
